Ravani Loushy Kay to Participate in the Perlman-Genesis Violin Project

Ravani Loushy Kay has been chosen as one of eight young violinists to participate in the Perlman Genesis program, which takes place during five workshops in 2018. The program is led by Ms. Areta Zhulla and Mr. Itzhak Perlman.
* Ravani’s “Primo-Gidus” violin solo was performed by the Meitar Ensemble during the “Notes in the Desert” concert.
* In addition, two pieces composed by Ravani were performed at the End of Year concert of the Composition Department of the Buchmann-Mehta School of Tel Aviv University:
“Something Like a Prelude to Prelude to Something” for violin and cello, performed by Ravani Loushy Kay and Ilai Zeidel
“Desert Memories” for piano, performed by Ravani Loushy Kay.
