The Heart-to-Heart Songbook
New York Times' "golden-voiced singer", Shira, and author and spiritual counselor, Susan Lax, created The Heart-to-Heart Songbook; An immersive concert of songs of deep connection and communal singing, inspiring stories and poetry all woven together in spiritual conversation.
Susan specializes in working with those touched by illness and grief. She had found Shira's song, "Am I Beautiful", about her friend's journey with breast cancer, and invited her to collaborate. Together they created a concert that provides powerful tools of awareness and connection to navigate through life's challenging moments.
