A group exhibition, of working parents/artists in NY, carving time to keep doing what they are passionate about
Carving time, the umbrella name for this group exhibition emerged from an understanding that being a new parent is a stage in life that a lot of us go through.
In NYC, a lot of new parents are artists. Art was our first baby, and then came the one that involves us in ways we did not imagine. Still we carve time to do what we are passionate about. As a group, this lonely place becomes a powerful one! We share and celebrate our achievements! We give and get the thought-provoking energy that we need as artists, and that keeps us and the viewer, doing things we love!
